In 2024 I see the commercial market in Dubai continue to grow with the same if not more demand compared to 2023. Last year we saw a trend of local and international companies previously based in Dubai grow their operations alongside their office spaces, as well as new companies opening up regional headquarters in Dubai.

That said, I expect this trend to continue into 2024 especially as the UAE government keeps marking it easier for businesses to be set up and prosper in the UAE. My goal for 2024 alongside CBB is to take majority of the market share in the commercial real estate market in giving our clients the latest market trends and insights, a responsive and professional service, and honesty.
