Gratitude and pride are two feelings I’ve been reflecting on as we wrap up Q3 with immense success. It’s been just over 2 years since we launched CBB "CBB By Driven Properties" the commercial division of Driven Forbes Global Properties Driven Properties and watching my team rise to the occasion has been nothing short of inspiring.

What makes me truly proud is seeing the growth and success of those around me. Building a team is one thing, but building people-watching them thrive, hit milestones, and surpass their own expectations-is what gives me the greatest sense of fulfillment. I’m grateful to work alongside such a passionate, driven, and talented team who never stop pushing boundaries.

I am excited for what lies ahead as we continue to push boundaries and reach new heights together.
